Exclusive Services
Our classes are structured in 3 different formats. Strength, Endurance and Recovery. Our Strength classes are based on weight lifting and core stability. Endurance classes are based on cardio endurance, weight training and core stability. And our Recovery classes are designed to help with mobility, flexibility and muscle fatigue. Each day is designed to target different muscle groups, which helps with muscle fatigue and control.
Monday: Total Body
Tuesday: Upper Body / Pull Day
Wednesday: Lower Body / Glutes
Thursday: Upper Body / Push Day
Friday: Lower Body / Legs
Saturday: Total Body

All classes have a maximum attendance of 6 per class
*All memberships have an 8 hour cancellation window. You will be charged monthly on the date that you started your membership. Unused classes will roll over into the next month. There are NO contracts for our memberships, but we do require 30 days notice to cancel your membership
